	<img src="attachment/yinertangtitu.jpg" border="0" align="left" />这是一道很常见，同时也很简单的家常滋补汤饮。 <br /><br />我自己常常喝，人们不是称银耳羹是平民的燕窝吗？ 据说这个东西特别能滋解肺燥、益胃生津。 大人的银耳羹和孩子的做法是一样的，我一般是提前一天将银耳放入水里涨发。第2天起来肯定就发透了。然后摘去蒂头，用手将银耳叶片反复揉碎，换水用高压锅上汽后中火煮个45分钟。肯定软烂。<br /><br />等高压锅的气阀落下，打开锅盖，加入冰糖，搅拌，凉了就可以喝了。 冰糖不可以在煮之前放，否则会糊锅。<br /><br />今天上午，我带我们家竹笋出门去玩。我们住在山上，在夏至这天，居然气温是8到14度的最低和最高温，外面阳光虽然灿烂，但是寒风呼啸，今年瑞士的夏天真是冷得让人犯晕，往年这时候，天气都是20多度呢。 竹笋出门玩了40分钟，居然嘴角都干了。于是赶紧带他回家，给他盛上一碗银耳羹。心想小人一定喝得眉开眼笑呢。结果小人喝是喝的，但是将煮得烂熟的银耳一片片从碗里捞出来，用手指拖着在桌上画图。 这可真让当妈的在一旁看得抓狂。<br/>............<br/><br/>Tags - <a href="tag.php?tag=%E9%93%B6%E8%80%B3%E7%BE%B9" rel="tag">银耳羹</a> , <a href="tag.php?tag=%E9%93%B6%E8%80%B3" rel="tag">银耳</a>
